Crowd influencer marketing campaigns at Brandface can involve hundreds of university students sharing personalized, curated, and branded content onto Instagram in a single hour. They will be the face of your product and share your offer with their friends, family, and peers. It is why crowd influencer marketing is also known as peer-to-peer marketing.
Peer-to-peer marketing campaigns are executed by nano-influencers. These are not your celebrities with millions or even hundreds of thousands of followers. They are your everyday consumers, real people, university students, needing only 500 or more followers to sign up.
Role
Problem
Not long before technological advancements, scheduled television was virtually the only mass media consumers had access to and was one of the main platforms marketers used to advertise to the masses. Today, with the creation of the internet and the popularity of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, consumers have unlimited freedom and choice over the content they wish to view. This creates a problem for brands. As their target audience continues to spread out over various forms of media, it becomes increasingly difficult to reach them.
Solution
Brandface App Builds brand awareness and strengthens brand image. Increase social engagement and interactions. Improve conversions (e.g., newsletter subscribers, free trial sign ups, purchases, etc.).

User Analysis
The user analysis process leverages data to monitor and understand user interactions and behaviors, revealing key patterns and preferences. This data is instrumental in crafting user personas and shaping the development of personalized features, which is vital for improving the app's design and functionality. The goal is to create an intuitive, user-focused experience.

App Architecture
Before getting into the usability test, we created the ideal flow of how a user should go through the app. This will let us know if any pain points are brought up during our usability test.

Components
The design process starts by developing reusable components like buttons, text inputs, and others, which simplifies the creation of high-fidelity designs.

Hi-Fi Design
Design the visuals based on the collected data and iterate on each page, as the initial design is rarely the best option.

Documentation
This package contains a variety of assets, including design files, wireframes, user interface elements, and detailed documentation. This collection is a valuable resource that helps you understand our design decisions and supports the development team and stakeholders.

UX projects will usually never go as planned - but that is okay
Depending on the problem you are trying to solve, the project scope can change at any time during the project. We should always remember that there are more factors involved other than the user’s needs.
Collaboration
Working with other people from different teams can bring in new perspectives and ideas. Not only can it improve your work but gives people a sense of motivation and drive when working towards the same goal.
Properly articulating design decisions
One of the most important roles of a designer is how you communicate with other people, whether that is with team members or stakeholders. The better you can articulate your design decisions to others, the better the design will come out.
